We are proud to introduce our podiatry practice, Connie Wong, D.P.M. and Ki Sang Yi, D.P.M., Inc., where we are dedicated to providing exceptional podiatric care to our patients. Our Podiatrists
Our practice is led by two experienced podiatrists, Dr. Ki Sang Yi and Dr. Connie Wong. Both of our doctors have extensive training and expertise in podiatric medicine and surgery. Dr. Yi specializes in treating conditions such as diabetic foot care and wound care, foot and ankle ailments, sports medicine, minor podiatric foot surgery, and pediatric and geriatric foot care. Dr. Wong has extensive experience in correcting bunions, hammertoes, and other foot deformities, and also provides treatment for diabetic wounds and ulcerations and general podiatric medicine.

Patient Forms
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit to our practice, we kindly request that you download and complete the necessary forms prior to your appointment. This includes the patient information form, medical history form, and HIPAA consent form. You can access these forms by clicking on the "FORMS" tab at the top of our website.
Payment Policy
We believe that affordable healthcare is important, which is why we accept most medical insurance health plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and ILWU Tricare. We also accept cash and check payments, as well as all major credit cards. For patients without insurance, we offer financing options and will discuss payment arrangements with you prior to treatment.
