Our History

Brennan Financial Services was founded in 1983 by Dave Brennan, who had previously worked as a tax manager for a major oil company. Dave wanted to build a business that was different from typical financial firms, one that would focus on the individual needs of each client rather than pushing products. Today, we continue to operate under the same guiding principles, dedicated to helping our clients achieve financial independence.

Financial Advisor Services

Several customers have shared their experiences with a financial advisor, Darren Brennan, and his team. They have consistently received excellent service, with timely follow-ups and monthly updates via client newsletters. The team is always available to answer questions and makes customers feel like they are a top priority.

Investments

One customer, Maxine Koppe, has had great service from the company, with Daryn handling their investments for over 20 years. All calls have been handled quickly, which is much appreciated since they now live out of state.

Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, some customers have had very negative experiences with the company. Christian Nichols had a horrific experience when calling regarding a job opportunity. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and hung up on him. He felt that the company's customer service was terrible and would not recommend them.

Michael Leone had a similar experience when he was dropped as a client without warning. He felt that the company was more interested in managing their own family wealth rather than his, and he was unable to get in touch with them after being dropped.

Kelley L. had the worst customer service experience of her life with the company. The receptionist, Catherine, was rude and hung up on her without apologizing. When Kelley called back to get Catherine's name, she was accused of being rude. The situation was unacceptable and has left a bad taste in Kelley's mouth.
