His diverse background encompasses a wide range of projects, including multimillion-dollar rehabilitation projects, site designs for small businesses, and programmatic design for clients across four states. Alan's knowledge of site development, entitlement, and banking methods enables him to guide clients through the complexities of the development process and ensure their projects achieve financial success.
