Macall McGillis, our Principal/Real Estate Services, brings a unique combination of leadership, sales, and technology experience to our team. RJ Wells, our representative, is a 6th-generation Montanan with a deep understanding of the state and its real estate market. Kyle McCollum, our advisor and consultant, has over 12 years of experience in financial management and operational expertise. Beth Cooper, our head of residential division, has over 30 years of experience and holds several designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, e-Pro, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
