Our Roots

Stone Construction Inc. was founded in 1964 by Jerry Stone, who used his background in construction to start his own commercial construction company. After forming a positive reputation throughout the Twin Cities, Stone Construction Inc. was born. As the company rapidly grew, Jerry's son, Richard Stone joined the company in 1975. An expert in masonry and concrete, Richard is now the President of the company and handles all day-to-day operations. His brother Paul Stone joined the company in 1987, putting his architectural expertise to work. Now the Vice President, Lead Project Manager and Estimator, Paul works closely with clients from start to finish. Over the years, the Stones have made it their mission to form lasting relationships with their clients by being present on job sites, always going the extra mile, and ensuring a project doesn't reach completion until the client is satisfied.
