Bob Sherman Photography: Capturing the Essence of Life and Nature
Welcome to Bob Sherman Photography, where our mission is to capture the true essence of individuals and the world around us. We believe that the separation we feel from the world and each other is an illusion created by ignorance and fear, and we seek to reveal the spirit that connects us all through the lens of our camera. Our photographic work focuses on revealing the inner life of individuals in portraits and uncovering the inherent beauty of the earth in landscapes, creating moments that foster connection to something larger than ourselves. Our gallery features 8 distinct albums, with prints available in sizes ranging from 12"x18" to 30"x45", all produced on archival-quality fine art paper that will last over 100 years. We encourage direct communication with our clients and welcome questions, comments, or special requests regarding our work. Our creative process is deeply informed by our belief in the 'light of love' as a unifying force, and we strive to make this philosophy tangible in every image we create. With decades of experience in both photography and clinical psychology, we bring a unique perspective to our visual storytelling that combines artistic vision with deep human understanding. Our work has been featured in publications such as Nashville Arts Magazine and the UN Chronicle, and we continue to expand our artistic expression through new formats like our 'Story Behind the Shot' video series. We maintain physical gallery presence at locations including The Customs House Museum in Clarksville, TN, while also offering comprehensive online access to our collections. Our commitment to quality extends to every aspect of our service, from the technical precision of our printing process to the thoughtful curation of music that accompanies our exhibitions. We are continually exploring new ways to connect viewers with the wonder and beauty that surrounds us through our evolving body of work.
