Our residential options in Niceville, Florida, are perfect for small families. Our apartments feature 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living room that offer plenty of living space. They are conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and Eglin Air Force Base.

Our apartments are all electric, pet-free, and offer a comfortable living environment at an affordable price. With rent starting at just $1300 per month, we offer an excellent value for our residents. We require a $30 background check/application fee for all applicants.

Storage Solutions

Our storage space is conveniently located at 1400 Reeves Street in the center of Niceville. It is close to Eglin Air Force Base and only a short drive from Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Crestview. We offer climate-controlled and non-climate controlled storage units, vehicle storage, RVs, and watercraft storage.

Our secure and well-lit boat and RV lot can accommodate the largest yacht, RV, or other recreational items. For our clients' peace of mind, our storage facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security systems and on-site staff to ensure that your belongings are safe and secure.

Climate Controlled Storage

Parkway East now offers Climate Controlled Storage. These units provide safe and secure storage spaces with well-lit hallways and temperatures that will keep your belongings from the harsh environment. Whether you need to store sensitive documents, electronics, or other items that require a stable temperature, our climate-controlled storage units are the perfect solution.
