Centurion Home Inspections, Inc. was established in 1980 to provide consumers with a company that prioritizes their interests in the buying, selling, or construction of properties. Our mission is to empower our clients with comprehensive information, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their transactions. We offer unbiased, full narrative written reports that adhere to or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice. Our team of inspectors is composed of experienced professionals, including Engineers, Builders, and Industrial Technologists, who are committed to their respective communities. While our inspectors are locally based, they receive technical support and continuous education from the company and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), of which they are all members. Our inspectors in Connecticut are licensed by the State Department of Consumer Protection. Our motto is: "A client is the most important person in our business. He is not dependent on us--we are dependent on him. He is not an outsider in our business--he is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him--he is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so".

Our Inspectors

We take pride in our inspectors, who deliver valuable home inspection services. Our team is led by Victor J. Faggella, the founder of the company and a seasoned inspector with over 50 years of experience. Vic has taught Industrial Technology for 33 years, served as a Technical Vice-President for a national company, and worked as a builder. His education includes a B.S. and an M.S. in Industrial Technology & Administration from NYU, as well as Certified BOCES courses in "Boiler Installation" and "Plumbing". Vic has been a three-time past president of the NY Metro Chapter of ASHI, a published author, and the winner of the "John E. Cox Member of the Year Award" in 2002. His specialty is old houses, and he is an ASHI Certified Inspector.
