In-Shop Services At our facility, we provide top-quality repairs at a competitive hourly rate of $89.99. While most of our repairs are typically completed within 1-3 hours, it's important to note that some complex cases may require additional time. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction while keeping the cost of repairs as affordable as possible. We strive to deliver efficient solutions, but certain repairs may take longer depending on the nature of the issue. Rest assured, our team will keep you informed throughout the process, providing updates on the estimated completion time.

In-Shop Service Check-in Policy

To ensure efficient and reliable service, we have a straightforward check-in policy in place. When you bring your PC for repair, we kindly request a deposit of 1 hour of our labor plus tax. This deposit serves as a diagnostic fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of the repair if you decide to proceed with the service after we identify the issue. It is important to note that this deposit is non-refundable if repairs are not approved, as it is used to compensate the technician who diagnosed your problem. We understand that transparency is crucial in our interactions with customers. By charging a diagnostic fee upfront, we can allocate resources to properly assess and diagnose your device's condition.
