Our Team

Our team at Champ Home Inspections is comprised of experienced and certified professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our President and Senior Inspector, Jim Champ, has thousands of inspections under his belt and holds numerous certifications including building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. He is also mold certified, radon certified, and a licensed pest control operator in Georgia.

Jacque Champ, our Vice-President, oversees daily operations and has a background in accounting and office management. Erik Linso, our Inspector, has over 20 years of experience as a licensed general contractor and appraiser, providing our clients with thorough home inspections and detailed reports.
