Work Environment Concerns
The reviewer, Kyle Robinson, expresses serious concerns about the hazardous work environment at the company. He describes the air as being filled with powder grade dust from machines cutting plywood all day, which poses a significant health risk to employees. To make matters worse, he claims that employees are exposed to formaldehyde for 60 hours a week, which has resulted in an unhealthy, aged appearance.
Lack of Safety Measures
The reviewer is shocked that employees are not provided with ventilators to protect themselves from the hazardous air. He personally experienced difficulty breathing during his short stint at the company, almost choking after only half a shift.
