Outdoor Wedding Venue
Our outdoor venue features a white tent in a pine-tree-lined meadow with Glacier National Park mountain vistas. The space includes tiered seating for optimal guest visibility, bistro lighting, and customizable decor options. The 40x75-foot frame tent accommodates up to 200 guests with electricity access, portable restrooms, and on-site parking.
Chalet Lodging
Luxury accommodations include Swiss-style chalets and a West Glacier Lodge with queen rooms and bunkbed options. All cabins feature kitchens, gas grills, and satellite TVs. Five chalets sleep 6-10 guests each, providing a convenient base camp for wedding parties with fire pits and recreational spaces.
Elopement Package
All-inclusive elopement packages include ceremony grounds, officiant services, floral arrangements, and champagne. The $3,800 package covers setup, electricity, and small reception essentials for up to 10 guests with discounted lodging options available.
Intimate Wedding
The $2,800 intimate wedding option provides ceremony grounds with mountain views, a lodgepole-framed tent, and basic amenities. Includes electricity access, portable restrooms, and on-site parking for smaller groups seeking a minimalist Montana wedding experience.
Catering Partnerships
Recommended caterers like The Kopper Kitchen and Great Northwest Catering provide on-site dining. Clients may hire external vendors, though alcohol service must be coordinated through Great Northern Resort. Custom menus feature locally sourced ingredients for wedding dinners.

We offer four packages: Elopement ($3,800), Intimate Wedding ($2,800), Weekday Ceremony & Reception ($4,650), and Weekend Ceremony & Reception ($6,200).
Are lodging accommodations included?
Lodging is available at our Swiss-style West Glacier Lodge and chalets, sleeping 6-10 guests each, with kitchen facilities and recreational amenities.
Can we use external vendors?
Clients may hire independent planners, photographers, and caterers. We provide curated vendor lists, though alcohol service must be coordinated through Great Northern Resort.
What activities do you offer?
Guests enjoy whitewater rafting, scenic floats, fly fishing, and horseback riding. Guided tours and classic Jammer bus trips through Glacier Park are available.
What is included in the venue rental?
Packages include tents, bistro lighting, draping, electricity access, portable restrooms, and on-site parking. Setup access begins the day before events.
What are the event time restrictions?
