At the Lincoln County Home Builders Association, we are dedicated to serving home builders, associated businesses, and our community as a whole. Our association was organized in 1978 to help builders and others involved in the construction industry to solve problems and build relationships. We are a widely diverse group of men and women representing all aspects of the construction industry.

Our Mission

Our mission is to protect the well-being and professionalism of the building industry in our county as our members strive to provide the citizens of Lincoln County with quality, affordable housing. We achieve this by providing our members with the necessary tools, resources, and support to help them succeed in their businesses.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to our members, including a membership directory, where customers can find local professionals and industry-related businesses. We also provide a 3-in-1 membership, which gives our members access to the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. This provides our members with a wider range of resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy at the state and national levels.

Our History

Since its formation, the Lincoln County Home Builders Association has worked to empower builders and give them a seat at the table when decisions are made that will affect the home-building industry. Each year, our members select officers and a board of directors who believe will best represent them in their efforts.
