Located in Miami, Florida, Killian Oaks Academy is a fully accredited PreK-12 private school that has been transforming the lives of children since 1968. History

Killian Oaks Academy began its existence as the House of Learning in 1968. Since then, the academy has grown to become one of the finest private schools in the South. Our leadership, under the guidance of Ms. Mercedes Ricon, has been instrumental in shaping the educational landscape through her involvement with the National Independent Private School Association, the Association of Independent Schools of Florida, and the Independent Schools of South Florida.
