Our Company History
Lakeland Title was founded in 2009 by Michelle J. Gillum, who brought over 36 years of legal and title experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. With a background that includes representation for the State of Florida, Resolution Trust Corporation, and FDIC, Michelle has a unique understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions. Together with her son, Blake J. Gillum, who serves as the Manager, our team is comprised of Florida Licensed Title Agents with many years of professional experience.
