Services
Roof Cleaning
Our roof cleaning service uses low-pressure soft washing to remove moss, algae, and grime without damaging shingles. The process includes a pesticide treatment to kill root systems and prevent regrowth, extending your roof's lifespan. Ideal for asphalt, metal, cedar, and tile roofs, this service comes with a 3-5 year warranty. Regular maintenance prevents water damage and costly repairs.
House Softwash
House softwashing gently cleans vinyl, Hardie board, stucco, and brick siding using eco-friendly detergents. This method removes algae, mold, and dirt without high-pressure damage, enhancing curb appeal and property value. A post-treatment solution inhibits regrowth, with results lasting up to 3 years. Safe for all exterior surfaces and includes a satisfaction guarantee.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning removes debris, moss, and blockages to ensure proper drainage. We flush downspouts, inspect for leaks, and dispose of debris, preventing water damage to roofs, foundations, and landscaping. Recommended twice yearly in the Pacific Northwest, this service includes a 14-day guarantee and extends the life of your gutter system.
Window Cleaning
Professional window cleaning uses pure water filtration to eliminate streaks, hard water stains, and grime. We clean both interior and exterior surfaces, including frames and screens, improving natural light and visibility. The service is safe for all window types and includes a spot-free finish that lasts longer than DIY methods.
Concrete Cleaning
Concrete cleaning removes moss, algae, oil stains, and dirt from driveways, sidewalks, and patios. High-pressure surface cleaners and biodegradable treatments restore surfaces without etching, enhancing safety and aesthetics. Regular maintenance prevents slip hazards and extends the life of concrete, with results lasting up to a year in the Pacific Northwest.
