Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including civil engineering and land surveying. Our civil engineering department, led by Marcus D. Cross, P.E., can design and manage a variety of projects, including commercial site plans, residential subdivisions, and projects for government agencies. Our services include feasibility studies, road and street design, sanitary sewer system design, grading and erosion control plans, hydrologic analysis, storm water system designs, water system designs, site plan engineering, permit processing, project management, and stream bank stabilization.

Our land surveying department, led by Keith R. Rhine, P.L.S., and Dale A. Cross, P.L.S., is committed to providing high-quality surveying services at reasonable prices. We have extensive experience in boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, as well as construction staking for airports, bridges, building sites, linear accelerators, radar sites, subdivisions, roads, and golf courses.
