Bill Vincent

Our agency's owner and Director of Investigations, Bill Vincent, is a graduate of the Illinois Police Training Institute and has over 30 years of experience in the private sector. He holds memberships in the National Association of Legal Investigators, Special Agents Association, World Association of Detectives, and National Association of Professional Process Servers. Bill has been a lead investigator on several high-profile cases and has extensive expertise in litigation, fraud, and background intelligence.

Heidi Berna

Our Office Manager, Heidi Berna, has prior experience in a large litigation law firm and has extensive knowledge of investigative strategies and the Illinois rules of serving court documents. Heidi is responsible for coordinating the service of all legal documents handled by our agency and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
