Hensville Development Project - Toledo, Ohio

Background

A large revitalization project in Toledo, Ohio presented an interesting flooring installation challenge. One that Commercial Flooring of Toledo was uniquely suited for, having training and certification for the product specified for this flooring solution. Hensville, once completed in spring 2016, will be the result of efforts by the Toledo Mud Hens baseball organization and other community partners to transform the downtown space surrounding Fifth Third Field. Adjacent to the ballpark is a series of abandoned warehouses that are on their way to soon housing retail, offices, and entertainment venues.
