About Our Founder

Kima Nazaryan, our founder, moved to the United States from Europe with nothing but the American Dream. After working several years in the beauty industry in various positions, Kima ventured to make her dream a reality. As a result, ELITE European Day Spa opened its doors for the first time in April of 2008. Since then, it has become the premier luxurious destination for customers seeking highest-class quality spa services in a relaxing atmosphere with superb customer service. Thanks to the overwhelming support of our loyal customers, ELITE expanded in 2015 and then again in 2021.

Meet Our Medical Director

Dr. Foley is a Venezuelan physician trained in ocular plastic and reconstructive surgery, now practicing aesthetic medicine as a licensed physician in Virginia since 2018. She settled in the USA in 2012 after arriving from her country, where she graduated with honors from medical school. Afterwards, she completed a residency in Ophthalmology and then trained in Oculoplastics, which is a surgical specialty focusing on reconstruction and plastic surgery particularly around the eye. In 2017, she completed her US medical licensing process with fellowship training at the University of Iowa in ocular pathology and then transitioned from surgery to Aesthetic medicine. Having always had a passion for the Art of Aesthetics, she enjoys enhancing her patients' unique features by creating symmetry and balance, which allows them to age gracefully and confidently while maintaining a natural look.

Dr. Foley enjoys educating patients on aesthetic medicine and specifically on what neuromodulators (like Botox) can do to help enhance and maintain one's natural beauty. Her main interest is in helping people to feel better and more confident in their own skin. Using a soft-touch treatment with gentle hands, she achieves this by respecting her patients' anatomy to provide natural-looking results. Dr. Foley loves knowing that with her treatments, she will be making a positive difference and lead her patients to feel like their best selves.

We ask that you please be on time for your appointments, and if you need to cancel, please give us 24 hours' notice. We also offer gift certificates and packages that can be reserved using your credit/debit card.

Hours

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Our friendly staff is always ready to help you with any questions or appointments you need.
