Ownership and History

Dead Horse Productions is owned by Jason Bedard and Eric Peterson. Jason and Eric met while attending the MSUM film program and founded the company in 2010. Jason was raised in Hillsboro, ND, and attended the University of North Dakota for Mathematics before discovering his passion for film and video production. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from local television ads to national spots and feature films. Eric grew up in a small town in Minnesota and developed a passion for film and video production as a teenager. He attended college to pursue this passion and met Jason along the way.

Together, Jason and Eric have built a company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality video production and media solutions.
