Aerie Aerospace, LLC is a Joint Venture (JV) formed by Aetos Systems, Inc. and ERC, Inc., with Aetos Systems, Inc. serving as the 8(a) Managing Partner and majority owner. Aerie Aerospace was founded on the principles of synergy and collaboration, with a focus on harnessing the collective strengths of its parent companies to deliver exceptional services to its customers. Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industries. Our executive leadership includes Ms. Donna Coleman, President/CEO of Aetos Systems, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Aerie Aerospace, and Mr. Kenny Frame, President of ERC, Inc. and Board member of Aerie Aerospace.
