Bullseye Auction & Appraisal is a leading auction company that has been serving clients since 1998. Our team of licensed auctioneers and real estate agents has a wealth of experience in the auction industry, as well as diverse backgrounds in other fields.

Rick Sammons, one of our founders, has been in the auction industry since 1998. Before forming Bullseye Auction Group, now Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, Rick held various positions outside the auction profession, including heading the Commercial Systems Division at Muzak Atlanta and serving as Vice President of Sales for Communications & Entertainment, Inc. (CEI). Rick is actively involved in many charitable organizations and has served as President of the Gwinnett County Special Olympics and President of Archer Athletic Association.

Scott Schwartz is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker who has been in the auction industry for his entire professional career. He obtained his real estate license in 1992 and has been selling real estate at auction since then. Scott is a graduate of Southeastern School of Auctioneering and has been a licensed auctioneer in Georgia since 1995. He has conducted successful auctions on all types of assets for a variety of sellers throughout the United States. Scott proudly serves on the Board of Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC), a statewide and national non-profit provider of durable medical equipment for those in need.

Merrin James manages our appraisal division and is an expert in personal property and real estate appraisals. She has extensive experience appraising various types of assets, including antiques, art, collectibles, and real estate. Merrin is a respected figure in the auction industry and has been featured in numerous publications and television shows for her expertise in appraisals.
