Services
Stucco Base Coats
Our polymer-modified cement-based base coats provide durable adhesion for EPS insulation boards to concrete, masonry, and plywood surfaces. This product creates waterproof foundations for synthetic stucco finishes while embedding fiberglass mesh for enhanced structural integrity. Contractors benefit from reliable performance in both traditional three-coat stucco applications and modern EIFS installations.
Fiberglass Mesh
We supply high-strength fiberglass mesh that enhances impact resistance and crack prevention in EIFS systems and concrete applications. Our inventory includes standard white and blue 4.5oz mesh rolls (38x150 and 46x150 dimensions) along with self-adhesive options that can be custom-cut to project specifications for improved installation efficiency.
Metal Components
Our comprehensive metal component selection includes casing beads, expansion joints, corner beads, weep screeds, and metal laths. These essential elements ensure proper structural reinforcement and moisture management in stucco and EIFS installations while maintaining compliance with building code requirements.
Foam Insulation
We provide expanded polystyrene insulation boards in multiple densities for exterior wall systems. These lightweight, durable panels offer excellent thermal performance and dimensional stability as base materials for EIFS applications and custom architectural elements.
Custom Foam Shapes
Using precision CNC technology, we create custom foam shapes including trim profiles, window sills, keystones, and decorative moldings. Options include foam-only, base-coated, or finish-coated configurations to match project specifications for both residential and commercial construction.
