Schultz Construction is a reputable construction company based in Manhattan, Kansas. Established in 1988 by Roger and Tim Schultz, the company initially focused on the residential market. However, with the growth of Manhattan in the early 90s, the company expanded its services to include commercial and government-related projects. Schultz Construction has since successfully completed projects in Riley, Geary, Pottawatomie, Clay, Cloud, Morris, Marshall, Dickinson, and Wabaunsee counties.
