Our company is located in Murfreesboro, TN, and has a state-of-the-art 21,000 square foot facility equipped with the latest technology and machinery. We are proud to have a team of experienced and skilled tool & die makers and machinists who are dedicated to providing high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Our precision machine and tool shop is equipped with advanced machinery and technology, enabling us to handle any project with ease. Our facility includes a range of equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, wire EDM machines, welding equipment, and plasma cutting machines. Our quality control measures are in place to ensure that every job meets our high standards of precision and accuracy.

CNC Machining

We specialize in CNC machining and offer various services, such as milling, turning, drilling, and tapping. Our CNC machining services have been utilized in various industries, from automotive to aerospace. We have the capability to machine parts from a wide range of materials, including aluminum, steel, brass, and plastics.

Tool and Die Repair

Our team has the expertise to repair or manufacture new tool and die components. We understand the importance of having functioning tool and die equipment, and we have the skills to repair or build new components quickly and efficiently.

Wire EDM Work

Wire EDM technology is a cornerstone of our shop, and we have the capability to obtain tolerances of.00005 utilizing 5 axes and can cut tapers up to 30°. Our skilled technicians have experience working with various materials, including conductive materials.

Welding and Fabrication

Our experienced welders and fabricators have the expertise to handle various welding and fabrication jobs. We have experience working with a range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Plasma Cutting

We offer plasma cutting services with a 5' X 10' X 7/8" cutting capacity for mild steel. With our 4th axis/rotary, we can cut pipe or tubing up to 5" diameter. We have experience cutting various materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper.
