At WestLake Care Community, we collaborate with our short-term rehabilitation Care Partners to develop the tools and support needed in order for you or your loved one to reach your rehabilitative goals as soon as possible. Our short-term rehabilitation program is designed to provide comprehensive care and support, including therapy services, nursing services, culinary and nutrition, and medical director services.
