The Artistic Vision of Jose Vences

Born and raised in Morelos, Mexico, founder and artistic director Jose Vences' passion for Mexican folk dance ignited during his childhood. Immersed in the vibrant culture and traditions of his homeland, he discovered the magic of storytelling through movement.

Fueled by this passion, Mr. Vences devoted himself to the study of dance, attending renowned academies and immersing himself in the techniques and traditions of Mexican folk dance. His dedication culminated in his artistic direction of the Grandeza Mexicana Folk Ballet Company, a platform through which he shares his profound love for his heritage with the world.
