We are a premier independent living luxury apartment community for seniors 55 and better, located in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Our community offers a unique blend of comfort, convenience, and community, providing our residents with a truly exceptional living experience.

Our Community

Our community features five different floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 728 square feet to 1,086 square feet, each with one or two bedroom and one or two bathroom options. Our apartments are designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience, with private deck/patio or bay-window, in-unit laundry, unit controlled heating and cooling, and an additional storage closet in building.

In addition to our spacious apartments, our community offers a range of amenities designed to enhance our residents' lives. These include a spacious community room with outdoor patio and grill, four sun rooms, a fitness center, a hair salon, a library, a resident business center, and a guest house for out of town company. Our community is also part of a senior campus community that has an assisted living and memory care option as neighbors.

Our community is conveniently located in a wooded natural setting, close to shopping, bike trails, and Wakanda Park. We are also just a short drive from Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls to the East and Minneapolis/St. Paul to the West, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
