Our mission is to provide quality health care to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept Medicaid and Medicare and offer a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured. Our board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners offer a full range of primary health care services, including care for the flu, diabetes management, and hypertension assistance.
