Who We Are

Established in 1965, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) is a vibrant, non-profit organization representing over 1,500 members in New Hanover and Pender Counties. We are the second-largest Home Builders Association in the state of North Carolina and one of the largest in the nation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote and enhance the housing and construction industry in the Wilmington-Cape Fear region through advocacy, education, and community engagement. We represent the interests of builders, remodelers, developers, and other professionals related to the building industry.
