Questions
What services require advance appointments?
All grooming services require scheduled appointments. We do not accept same-day bookings to ensure proper time allocation for each pet's care.
What vaccinations are mandatory for service?
Pets must have current Rabies, DHPPv (Parvo), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before any grooming service can be performed.
Do you handle matted coats?
We address mats through dematting services at $1 per minute. Severe cases may require shave-down haircuts to prevent skin damage when brushing isn't feasible.
What size dogs do you accommodate?
Our salon specializes in dogs up to 50 lbs. We recommend professional evaluation for pets exceeding this weight limit to ensure safe handling.
Are walk-in services available?
Limited walk-in trims are available after 4:00 PM for eye, pad, or sanitary areas only. Most services require advance scheduling to guarantee availability.
