Commercial and Residential Patrol
Our mobile patrol service provides peace of mind for our clients by utilizing experienced mobile security officers in clearly marked Pro-Tech security vehicles. Our officers can quickly respond to alarms, conduct patrol inspections, provide personal escort for clients arriving home or at business after hours, and perform specified vacation checks, including package and mail collection.
Special Event Security
At Pro-Tech Security, we understand that every special event demands specific and dynamic security requirements. From concerts and sporting events with crowds ranging from dozens of guests to 150,000 fans, we provide security personnel and plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each event. Our team is dedicated to reliability, seasoned professionalism, and the ability to adapt to a wide spectrum of environments, event types, and threat levels.
Alarm Response
In the event of an alarm, our trained staff is committed to responding quickly and effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients. In the case of a false alarm, we advise the business or resident via written notice. In the event of an incident, our responding officer will immediately contact the police, corporate contact, or homeowner.
Leadership and History
Don O. Lewis, our founder, retired as Chief of Police after a distinguished career with the Memphis Police Department. He founded Pro-Tech Security in 1991, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for providing exceptional service to the community. Don O. Lewis Sr. (1939-2018) was a true legend in the field of law enforcement, recognized nationally and internationally for his outstanding service.
