Meet the Founder

Ms. Lowe, the founder of TM Consulting & Counseling Services, is a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Ms. Lowe is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Arkansas in the Addiction Studies Program, a Drug Education Therapist at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Heathcare, a seasoned professional development workshop facilitator, a trainer/facilitator for the national company Balancing Life Issues, and a national consultant for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention/National Training & Technical Assistance Center.
