Longboat Hardware

As your local Ace Hardware store, Longboat Hardware has been proudly serving the Holmes Beach and Longboat Key communities since becoming part of the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the industry. Founded in 1924, Ace Hardware has grown to include over 4,600 stores across 50 states and 70 countries, with each location independently owned and operated. Our commitment to community involvement drives our support for local causes, including the Children's Miracle Network, high school sports programs, and Little League sponsorships. We offer a comprehensive range of products and services, from screen repair and bicycle rentals to propane tank exchanges and contractor sales, all backed by expert advice and personalized service. Our team specializes in meeting both residential and commercial needs, providing solutions like paint color matching, key cutting, and equipment rentals while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

As a locally owned business, we prioritize building relationships with our neighbors and ensuring our inventory reflects the practical needs of our coastal community. Whether you're tackling a home improvement project or preparing for outdoor adventures, our knowledgeable staff is here to help you find the right tools and products. Our two convenient locations in Holmes Beach and Longboat Key maintain extended hours to accommodate busy schedules, including weekend and seasonal availability. Through membership in the Ace Hardware cooperative, we combine the resources of a national brand with the personalized touch of a neighborhood store. This unique position allows us to deliver exceptional value while maintaining our dedication to the local area.
