At Ageless Healthcare, we are proud to offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our programs and services include:

• Long Term Personal Care Services: Our long-term care services provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Community Choices Waiver: The Community Choices Waiver (CCW) is an alternative to nursing facility care for seniors and adults with disabilities, providing a variety of services and supports to help individuals remain in their homes and communities.
• The Early Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Testing (EPSDT): This program offers comprehensive and preventive health care services for children under the age of 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid.
• New Opportunities Waiver: The New Opportunities Waiver (NOW) provides support and services to help individuals with disabilities live and work in their communities, rather than in institutional settings.
• Residential Options Waiver: The Residential Options Waiver offers a variety of home and community-based services to help individuals with developmental disabilities live in the most integrated, appropriate setting.
• Veteran Assistance Homemaker Aide: This program provides in-home care and support services to veterans who need assistance with activities of daily living.
• Children's Choice Waiver: The Children's Choice Waiver offers a range of services and supports to help children with special health care needs live and thrive in their homes and communities.
• Supervised Independent Living Supports Waiver: This program provides support and services to help young adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their communities.
• Privately Paid Services: In addition to our state-funded programs, we also offer privately paid services for those who do not qualify for government assistance.

Our services also include personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, preparing meals, grocery shopping, medication reminders, doctor's appointments, and companion care.
