Seamless, large-scale renovations, additions, historic remodels, and preservation. We select projects with a large concept outlook, focusing on the whole home cohesively changing. Our team guides each project, adapting to changes while blending old with the new to create a new reality.

As a licensed Real Estate agent with years of experience, our team offers guidance throughout the staging, listing, and selling process of your existing home. We utilize our expertise in modern-day construction and appeal to market and prepare your home for resale.

Led by owner and president K.C. Chermak, our team strives to bring to life our clients' dreams while guiding them throughout the process with years of expertise and creativity. With a strong background in the Minnesota building industry, K.C. has been an active member of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) since 1995 and the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM) also since 1995.
