Our Services

Our customer service team and facility leaders are available 24/7, 365, and we offer a full complement of laundry programs and linen management services. We provide outsourced laundry services for customer-owned goods, with customized pricing and service for rooms linen and terry, pool, spa and fitness textiles, restaurant linen, and specialty pieces. We also offer a variety of rental options for rooms linen, terry, pool, and food and beverage linens. Additionally, we provide on-premise operations expertise and consultation to hotel ownership groups and independent properties.

Our dedicated service teams work directly with our production managers and oversee inventory control and day-to-day communications, including access to our proprietary CRM system, linen tracking software, and GPS fleet management. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment and industry-leading engineering to ensure environmentally conscious processing.

Our Facilities

United Laundry facilities are built around cutting-edge, environmentally conscious technologies, which set the standard for operational excellence in our industry. With a combined capacity for over 450,000 pounds per day in Kona and Honolulu, we have market-leading scope and size with complete plant redundancy and the most up-to-date equipment in the industry. Our in-house engineering team adheres to a daily preventive maintenance program and monitors our custom-tailored chemistry and wash formulas to assure consistent and high-quality performance.
