Performance Ag Indiana

We are Performance Ag Indiana, a diversified custom agricultural equipment and seed dealer based in Frankfort, Indiana. Our company was founded by Eric Frank in 2008 as a way to earn extra income while he worked full time on the farm. His primary motivation was to help local growers become more profitable while doing what they lovefarming. We began in 2007 with a single product line, Precision Planting, and have since expanded to offer products and services from fifteen different companies. Our early operations were housed in a rented barn in northern Boone County that had low lighting, dirt floors, no insulation, and minimal heat. Today we operate from a brandnew, stateoftheart, temperaturecontrolled facility in Clinton County located just off one of the nations busiest interstates.

The facility includes an office, a shop, storage areas, and an 800bushelperhour seed treater, all situated on six acres reserved for future growth. Throughout our growth and evolution, our core passion has remained unchanged: to provide growers with solutions that enable more informed decisions using the latest advancing technologies. We pride ourselves on delivering service at a moments notice, ensuring equipment is back in the field as quickly as possible. As Eric often says, following his grandfathers advice to put yourself in someone elses shoes guides every customer interaction. Today we employ three fulltime staff, several partteam members throughout the year, and offer internships to train the next generation of agricultural leaders.
