Rolland Consulting Engineers (RCE) is a civil engineering consulting firm dedicated to providing efficient and economical engineering solutions to municipalities, land developers, architects, and contractors in western Colorado. With a rich history of service dating back to 1998, our team of experienced professionals has served nearly 600 clients in the region.

Our team consists of two Professional Engineers and two Professional Licensed Surveyors, supported by skilled staff.
