Our Story
Our journey began in 1998 when I, Beth Anderson, discovered my passion for massage therapy and energy work. I graduated from Crystal Mountain Massage Therapy School and Clinic in 2003 and began my career as a massage therapist in Napa, California. Over the years, I have continued to expand my skills and knowledge, incorporating various techniques and modalities into my practice.

Our goal is to promote balance and relaxation through therapeutic massage and energy work, helping our clients achieve a state of wellness and tranquility. We strive to provide a professional and compassionate environment where our clients feel comfortable and at ease.

We offer a variety of massage and bodywork services, including:
- Therapeutic Massage: A customized massage tailored to your specific needs and health concerns, utilizing different techniques and pressure to achieve ultimate relaxation and therapeutic relief.
- Spa'aahh Reflexology: A luxurious foot and hand massage, including a gentle peppermint foot scrub and focus on releasing tension in the body and mind.
- La Stone Massage: A deeply grounding massage using warm and cool stones to create full-body and mind relaxation.
- Invigorating Body Scrub: A custom blend of salt/sugar and oils applied to the body, creating incredibly soft skin, followed by a moisturizing application.
- Prenatal Massage: A nurturing massage designed for expectant mothers, relieving common discomforts during pregnancy.
- Energy Oasis: A treatment combining Reiki, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Chakra Balancing, and Energy Work to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance.
Policies
We kindly request:
- 24 hours notice for all cancellations or changes
- Arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment
- No shows will be charged in full
- Only one discount per session per client, may not be combined or transferred
Payment Options
We accept cash, Zelle (cabejuwellness@gmail.com), or Venmo (@CaBeJuWellness). Please note that we do not accept credit cards at this time.

- Cancel/reschedule if you or anyone in your household are actively sick, have recently had any symptoms, or have potentially been exposed to someone with Covid-19
- Arrive on time or a few minutes early
