Our Team

Dr. David Overstreet is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 35 years of professional experience treating a wide range of individuals with various problems. He earned his Ph. D. in clinical psychology and has been delivering outpatient services within a private practice group setting. Dr. Overstreet has a particular interest in developing healing therapeutic relationships and enjoys working with individuals who have chronic health conditions to maximize their functioning and life satisfaction. He is dedicated to providing psychological services to a wide range of school-age youth, adults, families, and seniors with problems, including depressive and anxiety disorders; developmental conditions; neurological disorders; family and marital problems; and seniors with mood, social, and health concerns.

• Individual therapy: We offer individual therapy for a wide range of problems, including depressive and anxiety disorders, developmental conditions, neurological disorders, and chronic health conditions. Our approach to therapy is client-centered, and we work to develop healing therapeutic relationships with our clients.
• Family therapy: We offer family therapy to help families navigate the challenges they face. Our approach to family therapy is systemic, and we work with families to identify and address the underlying dynamics that contribute to their problems.
• Marital therapy: We offer marital therapy to help couples strengthen their relationships and navigate the challenges they face. Our approach to marital therapy is collaborative, and we work with couples to identify and address the underlying dynamics that contribute to their problems.
• Senior therapy: We offer therapy for seniors who are facing mood, social, and health concerns. Our approach to senior therapy is client-centered, and we work to promote continuity of care and deliver exceptional treatment to our clients.

If you would like to obtain your medical record or part of your record to be released to another therapist or doctor, please ask this professional to mail your signed written consent form for release of information, which specifies the nature of the information you desire to be released and what dates of service are involved. Mail this signed, written consent form to release information to: Overstreet Psychology Services 1575 Fairmount Drive, Florissant, MO 63033. The email address for requesting a blank form to be mailed to you is Overstreetpsych@gmail.com. Your records will be mailed within 10 days after receiving the signed release form.
