Empowering Families, One Conversation at a Time

Jerry R. Bottelberghe is a seasoned therapist with a wealth of experience in family law. Our mission is to assist parties in a dispute to hear each other, minimize harm, maximize areas of agreement, and find a way to prevent disagreements from interfering with the process of seeking a compromise or mutually agreed outcome.

At our practice, we understand the delicate nature of family law situations. We provide a safe, confidential space where you can resolve legal issues. Jerry Bottelberghe has worked with clients from all walks of life and is proficient in sign language. We welcome clients who are looking for a therapist able to communicate effectively, even in the face of challenges or special concerns.

Child Custody

Child custody disputes can be some of the most divisive and emotionally charged issues that families face. Often, the best interests of the children can get lost in the shuffle as adults argue about what they want and why. If you are embroiled in a child custody battle in Minnesota, we can help. We will work with you to find a solution that is in the best interest of your children.

Juvenile

When a child faces emotional or behavioral struggles, it can be difficult for the entire family. Protecting the well-being of a child, especially when that child is in crisis, is essential to securing a chance at a happy future. If your child is involved in a struggle and your family needs a resource to assist in resolving that struggle, we can help.

LGBT

Jerry Bottelberghe has experience and understands the sensitive nature of the LGBT population due to his personal and professional experiences. He knows that every situation is unique, but many of the same themes run throughout LGBT disputes and family struggles. He wants to help families find a better and more productive way to navigate these challenges.

Spousal Support

Spousal support is one of the more contentious issues to arise during a divorce. This can be especially true in non-traditional relationships. If you are in the process of ending your marriage and you believe spousal support and other financial concerns might be the cause of intense conflict, we can help.
