Our office is located at 894 Hillside Avenue, Antioch, IL 60002-1226. We are open Monday through Tuesday from 9am to 5pm, Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, Thursday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
