Danforth Forbes Lincoln, a 1984 graduate of Northwestern University and a 1987 graduate of Boston University School of Law, is an A-V rated attorney with a diverse practice. As a litigator, he has handled matters ranging from employment issues to construction defects to Commercial Code and insurance bad faith and coverage issues. Mr. Lincoln also advises clients in areas including general business matters, real estate, employment, and transactional matters. He has acted as both buyer's counsel and seller's counsel on numerous real estate and business sale transactions.
