At School District 3 Federal Credit Union, our mission is to "serve the people" by providing quality financial services to our members. With a rich history dating back to 1959, we proudly serve the employees, students, and family members of our affiliated organizations. Our vision is to continue the worldwide Credit Union philosophy of "people helping people" by providing a safe and sound financial environment for our members.

Our Services

As a financial institution, we offer a wide range of products and services to meet the diverse financial needs of our members. Our loan services include personal loans, auto loans, and student loans, as well as our Smart Option Student Loan. We also provide a Builder CD and a STAR STUDENT SAVER program that rewards K-12 students for their academic achievements. Our deposit services include checking and savings accounts, as well as certificates of deposit. Additionally, we offer wire transfer services, debit cards, and online bill pay.

Our History

School District 3 Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1959, and since then, we have been committed to serving the financial needs of our members. Over the years, we have expanded our services to better serve our members, while remaining committed to our founding principles of "people helping people." Today, we proudly serve the employees, students, and family members of our affiliated organizations, including Widefield School District 3, Fountain-Ft. Carson School District 8, Hanover School District 28, Fountain Valley School, Fountain Sanitation District, Pikes Peak BOCES, Security Public Library, Security Water & Sanitation District, and Waste Systems Inc.
