Our Services

Our services are designed to provide our clients with a comprehensive approach to their projects. Our licensed Professional Engineers have extensive knowledge and communication with Kitsap County's Home Builders Association and Kitsap County Department of Community Development, as well as close relationships with the municipalities of the City of Bremerton, City of Poulsbo, and City of Port Orchard. This allows us to provide expert engineering services, including project planning, design, and permitting.

In addition to engineering, our team of licensed Professional Land Surveyors has been surveying Kitsap County and the surrounding area for over 20 years. We use the latest state-of-the-art technologies, such as GPS mapping, laser surveying equipment, and Robotic Total Stations, to collect and provide data with the highest level of accuracy and productivity.

Our planning services have over 20 years of experience in community planning and development, and we've completed or are actively working on more than 1000 projects in Kitsap County. We provide a full range of services, from conceptual planning to permitting, and all the way up through the construction phase.

Finally, our consulting services are designed to help bring development projects to life. With our trusted relationships with several Kitsap County developers, we're always interested in helping a development project come to fruition. If you have a project underway with a general contractor and are looking for a consultant to work with them on aspects of the engineering, we're here to help.

Our Team

Our team is led by Matt Rasmusson, PE, our Principal Engineer and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) specializing in Civil Engineering in Washington State. Matt has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, and he's been a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states since 2004. Our team of licensed professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients.
