Communication and Customer Service
Some customers have mixed experiences with communication and customer service. Claire Sanderson was really happy with the products she ordered but found the communication to be poor, having to ring multiple times to check on the status of her items. On the other hand, Jayne Walker and Hannah Savage both received excellent service, with staff being professional, friendly, and helpful.
Order Processing and Delivery
Tommy Cash was severely disappointed with the company, citing that it took weeks to complete a simple order and a setup fee was charged. In contrast, Nikola Williamson reported that the service was great and competitively priced, with the option to order online or in person.
Local Businesses and Recommendations
