How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties at RSC Associates Inc. To apply, please follow these steps:
- All individuals 18 years and older are required to fill out their own rental application
- 5-year minimum, positive ownership and/or rental history
- Proof of Income - Please provide copies of three months of your most current, year-to-date pay stubs
- Completed and signed application
- Application Fee - $30 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18 years old and all co-signers payable with check, money order, cashier check, or PayLease option
Once a completed application is received, we will begin processing. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Missing or incomplete information can result in a delay and/or possible decline.
