Our Team

Greg Foland, Owner and President of Foland Custom Homes, has been involved in the homebuilding business since he was 14 years old. Throughout high school and college, Greg worked summers, weekends, and school vacations for a local custom homebuilder in Connecticut. Greg earned a BS in Business and Finance at the University of Rhode Island and has a unique set of skills that include hands-on building experience and business, project, personnel, and customer management experience. Kaye Foland, a Professional Design Consultant, has 11 years of experience as an Interior Designer and has been working with Foland Homes over 4 years. She thoroughly enjoys the process of working closely with clients in helping them to create the beautiful new "home of their dreams".
